Refund Policy
A 14-day guarantee, stated plainly. If the product fails to import as described, you get your money back. Last updated August 2026.
The 14-day guarantee

| How to request | Send one email to support@builtsuite.com from the address you used at checkout, with the word "refund" in the subject line. No forms, no phone calls, no retention script. |
| What happens next | We confirm within 48 hours on business days and issue the refund through the same merchant of record you paid with. Depending on your bank, the credit appears within 5 to 10 business days. |
| Before you refund | Most import issues are a two-minute fix, usually an expired or rotated link. If you are open to it, give us one chance to get the import working first; the setup guide covers the common cases, and support is free either way. |
| After a refund | Your license to the snapshot and guide ends. If the system was already imported into your account, you agree to delete it. |
| After 14 days | Refund requests after the 14-day window are reviewed case by case for genuine product defects. Digital products that imported and work as described are not refundable after the window closes. |
