The plain-language terms that apply when you buy a BuiltSuite product. Last updated August 2026.
What you are buying
| The product | The Bookkeeper's Office is a digital product: a GoHighLevel snapshot plus a written setup guide, sold for a one-time payment of $147. |
|---|---|
| Delivery | Delivery is digital and instant. After payment you receive the setup guide containing your private snapshot import link. Nothing is shipped physically. |
| License | Each purchase licenses the snapshot for import into one (1) GoHighLevel account that you own or manage. Buying once does not permit installing the snapshot across multiple client accounts or agency sub-accounts. |
| No redistribution | You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, or give away the snapshot, the import link, or the setup guide, in whole or in part. The import link is private to you. |
| Not professional advice | BuiltSuite products are software templates and documentation. They are not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice, and using them does not create a professional engagement of any kind. Decisions about your clients' books remain yours. |
| Your GoHighLevel account | You need your own GoHighLevel subscription, purchased separately from GoHighLevel. BuiltSuite is not affiliated with or endorsed by GoHighLevel. |
| Refunds | Our refund terms are on the Refund Policy page: a 14-day guarantee if the snapshot fails to import as described. |
| Changes | If we update these terms, the revised version is posted on this page with a new date. Terms in force at your purchase date apply to that purchase. |
